Prologis has a national sign program with very specific requirements in colors, sizes and locations. We were contracted to build and install 3 large monuments in San Jose as part of an update to an industrial park they had acquired. Engineering was required and permits obtained.
We built the monuments here. These monuments have an unusual curved top. We installed them, with a crane, in San Jose. They were all aluminum with welded interior frames and no visible fasteners, painted in polyurethane and with routed logos applied. Tenant logos were applied later.
